Kalomo Bailey (1973 - ) My experience in the field of education spans for at least seventeen years. This includes working on every level of education from elementary to post-secondary as a music educator, administrator, and university professor. With this background, I have effectively built and managed successful music programs. I have a proven history of implementing strategic recruiting practices that have led to the growth of band programs under my tutelage. My positive professional presence in rural, surburban, and urban communities is evidenced in the extensive array of scholar instrumentalists that I've recruited countywide. I have proven that the students in my programs have retention and graduation rates that are consistently better than the institution's average. I possess the energy and enthusiasm to be a team player. I get along well with others and I am always ready for new challenges.
